SUEZ supports LMC for Free Health Camp in Lucknow, Reinforcing Commitment to Community Well-being

Reaffirming its commitment to urban well-being and social responsibility beyond infrastructure management, SUEZ – One City One Operator (OCOP) Project, Lucknow sponsored and actively supported a two-day Free Health Camp held on 14 and 16 February 2026 at Triloki Nath Hall, Lucknow Municipal Corporation Headquarters.

The initiative reflects SUEZ’s continued focus on worker welfare, community health, and safety standards under the OCOP project implemented in collaboration with the Urban Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

The event was graced by the Hon’ble Mayor of Lucknow, Mrs. Sushma Kharkwal, and Mr. Gyan Tiwari, MLA, Sitapur. Other distinguished dignitaries present included Mr. K.P. Mishra (National Executive Member, Bharat Tibet Sahyog Manch), Mr. Utkarsh Bajpai (President, Akhand Aryavart Samiti), and Er. Vinod Kumar Gupta (Former Naval Officer).

Representing SUEZ, Mr. Rajesh Mathpal, Project Director; Mr. Pankaj Singh, Health & Safety Expert; Mr. Sumit Kumar Singh; and Mr. Akshay Saxena were present and closely supervised the coordination and execution of the camp to ensure maximum outreach and effective service delivery.

The camp received strong medical support from Lok Bandhu Hospital, Lucknow, including the Medical Superintendent and a team of specialist doctors. Services provided included ophthalmology, dental care, general medicine, AYUSH and homeopathy consultations, pathology testing, and specialized gynecology consultations. A significant number of women and citizens benefited from free health check-ups, diagnostic testing, and distribution of essential medicines.

Speaking on the occasion, Project Director Mr. Rajesh Mathpal emphasized that SUEZ’s responsibility extends beyond sewer infrastructure operations. “Under the OCOP initiative, we are committed not only to maintaining critical urban services but also to enhancing community well-being through structured health and safety initiatives. Such camps reflect our service-oriented approach and dedication to public welfare,” he stated.

The health camp was organized in collaboration with Eshta Maheshwari Foundation, which continues to contribute toward social awareness and women’s health initiatives.

Through the One City One Operator project, SUEZ remains dedicated to strengthening urban infrastructure in Lucknow while actively engaging in community-centric initiatives that improve quality of life and promote sustainable urban development.
