Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension Promotes Healthy Living on International Yoga Day
Noida : On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Noida Extension, organized a community yoga camp at Authority Park near Centurian Low Rise, Greater Noida West. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 300 local residents, who came together to embrace the benefits of yoga and promote a healthy lifestyle.
During the session, participants were guided through various yoga practices, including Anulom-Vilom, Kapalbhati, and Pranayama, aimed at enhancing physical fitness, mental well-being, and overall health. Conducted by experienced yoga instructors, the camp also featured a range of yoga asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques.
People from different age groups actively participated in the event and appreciated the hospital’s efforts to spread awareness about health, wellness, and preventive healthcare.
